“大家居”未来市场有多大?它会给消费者、资本市场带来多大的市场红利?高热发烧期会持续多久?业内对此说法不一。
“全国一年的装饰市场份额大约是4万亿,定制家居市场规模至少达到千亿级。”新标家居黄东江认为,随着高科技与现代信息技术高度融合,全屋定制家居市场的开发与应用将会更加深入全面,预计未来10年,大家居行业都将保持高速增长状态。索菲亚在上述年报中也指出,“全屋定制”已然成为所有家具企业关注的热点。
广发证券分析师赵中平表示,目前家居定制的渗透率还比较低,目前定制衣柜渗透率约为28%,定制橱柜渗透率约为57%。2016年定制衣柜市场规模约为447.53亿元,定制橱柜市场规模约为877.80亿元。“根据2009 年以来定制衣柜渗透率提升速率以及智研数据中心对橱柜渗透率的推算,至2020年,我国定制衣柜渗透率将达到40%,市场规模达到929.32亿元;定制厨柜渗透率将达到69%,市场规模达到1482.07亿元。”赵中平在最新的一份研究报告中指出。
根据目前全屋柜类消费客单价及其他定制柜类渗透率预测上限,推测其他定制柜类市场空间大约为3892亿元。如此,推算到2020年,定制家居市场空间有望超过8000亿元,冲击万亿大关。因此,行业天花板尚远。
业内观点
落地门槛高 好听不好做
记者对比发现,近几年,A股家居板块队伍越来越大,从最早的索菲亚、好莱客到如今的欧派家居、皮阿诺和尚品宅配。根据证监会网站消息,广东顶固集创家居也披露招股书,拟于深交所创业板上市。与此同时,在本轮A股大量个股回调中,家居类个股表现抗跌,索菲亚今年上涨了42%。这也折射出资本市场对大家居板块的看好。
联邦家私集团董事、副总裁李虹瑶认为,资本市场因其逐利性而天生具有敏锐的市场嗅觉和触觉。定制家居企业获资本市场青睐,已充分说明快速增长的定制业务及整合上下游构建的大家居生态,具有非常广阔的市场潜力与投资前景。
不过,好事不一定好做。欧派家居刘顺平表示,由于“大家居”依旧处于探索与尝试阶段,整合多方资源及系统完善对接还需要一个过程,预计大约需要3年时间,大家居和全屋定制才会进一步融合并进入快速发展阶段。从当前形式来看,有底气进军“大家居”领域的企业,以定制企业龙头企业居多,如欧派家居、索菲亚、尚品宅配等。“此外,高水平设计人才短缺也是推广大家居面临的一大软肋。”刘顺平表示。
